To reserve and guarantee an event date at The Gathering Place, the required deposit and/or rental fee must be paid in full while the requested date is still available. Submitting this form alone does not guarantee reservation approval. Dates remain open until payment is received and confirmed by management. The renter understands that deposits are applied toward the total rental balance. Failure to make required payments by agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation. Weekend dates, graduation season, and holiday periods may book quickly. Accepted online payment methods must be Cash App or Zelle using the provided QR codes. In addition, payments may include check, cashier’s check, cash, credit card, other electronic payment services, or other approved payment methods as approved by management.

By signing below, the renter agrees to assume full responsibility for themselves, their guests, invitees, vendors, entertainers, children, and all attendees present during the event. The renter understands that participation in activities and use of venue amenities carries inherent risks. The renter agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Gathering Place, Love Sports Academy, its owners, staff, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, and property partners from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, medical expenses, property damage, theft, accidents, illness, death, or disputes arising from or related to the event or venue use. The renter accepts responsibility for any damages caused to the venue, furnishings, equipment, gaming systems, restrooms, walls, floors, decorations, or property during the rental period. The Gathering Place reserves the right to refuse or terminate events involving illegal activity, unsafe behavior, violence, excessive intoxication, weapons, vandalism, harassment, or activities that may endanger guests or property. The renter acknowledges that all guests attend at their own risk and that The Gathering Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items. By signing below, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all venue policies, payment terms, and liability conditions stated within this agreement.
