A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve an event date and time.
This reservation fee is applied toward the total rental balance.
A refundable security deposit is required based on the selected rental package and is subject to the Facility Rental Agreement.
Final payment and all required documents must be received prior to the event.
Cancellation policies are governed by the Facility Rental Agreement.
Payments submitted online do not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by THE GATHERING PLACE.
