Yes. Most rentals require a deposit to secure your date and time. Deposit amounts and payment details will be provided during the booking process through our website.

THE GATHERING PLACE welcomes all ages. Children in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade must always be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or designated adult. Specific activities and programs may be designed for certain age groups, and youth memberships are available for students in 4th grade through 12th grade.

Yes! Private rentals and special events may be scheduled outside regular operating hours depending on availability.
